Slam100 Service policy

SLAM100 has a warranty period of one year starting from the date of formal activation.

If a physical performance failure occurs within 7 days of SLAM100’s formal activation and is not caused by improper use or storage by the user, the user may choose to return, exchange, or repair the product.
If a physical performance failure occurs within 15 days of SLAM100’s formal activation and is not caused by improper use or storage by the user, the user may choose to exchange or repair the product.
For one year after activation, except for cases where the product cannot function properly due to improper use or storage by the user, Feima Robotics provides free maintenance services, including material and labor costs.

The following situations are not covered by the free maintenance services and will require payment for repair:

  • Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by the user;
  • Inability to provide corresponding purchase contracts and valid invoices;
  • Damage caused by user dismantling or intentional damage;
  • Damage caused by force majeure;
  • Beyond the official warranty period.

SLAM100 does not require maintenance throughout its entire life cycle.

The theoretical or test lifespan of certain critical components of SLAM100, such as the laser rangefinder and motor, are effectively covered by the warranty period. If a physical performance failure occurs within the warranty period and is not caused by improper use or storage by the user, Feima Robotics will provide free maintenance services.
Feima Robotics cannot guarantee the consistency of the theoretical or test lifespan of the critical components of SLAM100. In the event of a physical performance failure, Feima Robotics will provide free maintenance (during the warranty period) or paid maintenance services (after the warranty period).
Any gradual loss or physical performance failure of SLAM100 will be covered by free maintenance (during the warranty period) or paid maintenance services (after the warranty period).

Feima Robotics provides the first free calibration service for SLAM100 starting from the delivery date.

For customers within the People’s Republic of China, Feima Robotics covers the round-trip shipping cost, while customers outside of China will need to pay for shipping. If the first free calibration service involves fragile external parts or product structure upgrades, Feima Robotics will cover those parts’ free service. Beyond the first free calibration service, all subsequent calibration services and related costs, including calibration service fees and shipping costs, will be the responsibility of the user.

Recommended calibration cycle: If the device has no physical collisions or damage, Feima Robotics recommends calibration every 2-3 years if it is not required by Feima Robotics’s official aftersales service or performed by the user.
